Through continuous product development, we are able to offer a comprehensive range of films, pre-made bags, pouches and sacks, encompassing the most up to date production and material technology.
It was our mission to create a range of products that were not inferior to conventional mixed plastics, but equal.
Doy pouches, doy packs or stand up pouches, are one of the most widely used flexible packaging formats available in the market today. They are a bottom-gusseted pouch, which allows for excellent product presentation when on the supermarket shelf. They offer exceptional value when compared to rigid packaging formats, primarily due to:
1. Reduction in the actual weight of the packaging
2. Reduction in the volume of space occupied by the packaging
3. Much improved space savings when on the shelf because flexible packaging enables more intensive stacking without damage
4. Huge improvement in transportation costs; one truckload of pouches equates to eighteen truckloads of rigid packaging
Made from an extensive range of lightweight laminated films, doy pouches have good strength and visual impact, offering a solution for a wide range of products, from baby food to windscreen washer fluid for your car.
This pack format is suitable for 50g up to 10kg weights, with options for multiple webs providing greater flexibility in design and performance. Optional re-closure systems such as spouts, easy lock, and Press to Close (PTC) zippers are available, as well as inline punched easy carry handles to suit your requirements.
