Trade Shows
This month, we’ve been on the go, attending three trade shows: Caffé Culture, Café Business Expo, and the International Pets Conference. As familiar faces at these events, we were thrilled to return, building on the successes we had last year. Here’s a quick look at our experience and highlights from each event!
Caffé Culture
- Location: Business Design Centre, London
- Dates: 1-2 October
Sam, Tommy, and Josh kicked off the trade show season at Caffé Culture. Having exhibited last year, we felt right at home in the small yet bustling venue in Islington. While Tuesday saw a lighter crowd—possibly due to weather—Wednesday brought more visitors, especially around lunchtime. We engaged with a wide array of industry professionals, discussing how Tyler Packaging could support their needs. On a side note, Tommy even managed to spot his favourite Arsenal players at the hotel next door prepping for their game v PSG! Overall, the show was a great success, allowing us to make valuable new connections.
Café Business Expo
- Location: Excel Centre, London
- Dates: 15-16 October
Two weeks after Caffé Culture, Sam, Tommy, and Josh headed to the Café Business Expo, a significantly larger event held at the Excel Centre. This show went beyond coffee and tea, covering broader food and beverage industries. While it started slowly, foot traffic picked up throughout the day, bringing a steady flow of interested visitors to our stand. We had the chance to showcase our products, particularly our compostable and recyclable packaging, which generated great interest. It was another successful event, enabling us to connect with a large number of existing clients, and new opportunities.
International Pets Conference
- Location: Claridge, Brussels
- Dates: 16-17 October
The final trade show of the month that we exhibited at was the International Pets Conference in Belgium, which was attended by both Adam and Richard. The International Pets Conference was an opportunity for those within the pet industry to listen to speakers and experts from within the industry to share learnings and information on current market experiences and future expectations. The key topics in this year’s Pets Conference were how the pet industry is preparing for the future, and how the digital age is adapting and modernising the marketplace. Adam and Richard had their own stand at the conference where they met and spoke with fellow attendees highlighting and discussing opportunities with the Tyler Packaging product portfolio. The great aspect of this event is that attendees can have conversations with Brand owners, Retailers and those companies with aspirations to expand and develop their own Brands to the next level.
Wrapping Up 2024
That concludes our trade show season for 2024! From London to Cologne, it’s been a year of fantastic opportunities, and we’re already planning our 2025 calendar. Stay tuned to see what’s in store for next year!
