In June of this year, we were very proud to receive our Investors in People Silver accreditation.
Since receiving our standard award in 2019, as a business and more importantly as a team we have worked incredibly hard to ensure that these practices are in place for the benefit of our team and customers alike.
Our company values are at the heart of everything we do here at Tyler Packaging, and Investors in People has helped us to understand what these mean to us as individuals and drive us all daily in achieving our absolute best.
Receiving the Silver award is such a fantastic achievement and proves what we can achieve being the family that we are. It helps us to recognise the areas we need to improve on and shows us what we need to do to be the very best.
We are incredibly proud of the work everyone has put in and continues to do every day, and this was proven to us by being in the Top 20 Employers within our category and having the opportunity to enter the Investors in People Awards, due to take place November this year. This time we did not make the shortlist, but it does not take away our pride or any of the hard work our team of people have put in to get to this point. We will continue to focus on achieving our company goals and ensuring that our company values are reflected in everything we do.
